My leadership coaching is grounded in positive psychology and flow science, combining decades of research on human flourishing with practical tools for navigating complexity.

Foundations in Positive Psychology

Positive psychology provides the framework for understanding what enables humans to thrive. Rather than focusing solely on fixing problems, this approach cultivates strengths, resilience, and the conditions for optimal functioning. In leadership coaching, we work with the PERMA model of well-being:
